    People BP: Chamdor Brewery

     

    The key purpose of this role to is to work with Line managers to deliver HR processes (e.g. VPO implementation, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development and Engagement).

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Ensure the overall health of human capital and people practices in the business unit
    • Establish/monitor the HR processes throughout the year and coach the line managers
    • Ensure excellent execution of the HR processes within the business unit/function
    • Identify & implement the organizational capabilities required to achieve function goals
    • Collaborate with specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams & individuals
    • Diagnose business performance problems and collaborate with specialist teams to create effective and integrated HR solutions for teams& individuals
    • Provide feedback to specialist teams about HR solution effectiveness and work with them as appropriate to identify continuous improvement opportunities
    • Monitor organization performance & provide data for the people/organization scorecard
    • Meet local delivery needs(e.g. employee relations/industrial relations, statutory/regulatory requirements)pulling on specialists and others as required
    • Participate in the governance of HR Operations to define and review the quality and the cost of the service provided
    • Ensure data integrity of SAP HR information at local level
    • Provide input to the People Manager to agree on the organization/people agenda in the Region
    • Agree on a common set of priority needs from the Specialist teams
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of the on-boarding programs
    • Encourage and monitor use of tools, evaluate competency gaps
    • Develop coaching skills within line managers by providing tools and observing and providing feedback
    • Recruit deliberately for competencies as observed through coaching and/or ensure PDPs are aligned to ensure acquisition and/or development of critical management skills

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Psychology / Human Resources
    • Management, post graduate qualification in HR will be an advantage
    • Three or more years Human Resources Generalist experience

    Talent and Development Specialist

    Job Purpose

    • Support the execution of the People Cycle and management of key Talent Programmes.

    Key roles and responsibilities

    • Ensuring a world class employee experience of the LCM and OPR People cycle processes by supporting the communication, upskilling, reporting and tracking
    • Act at SPOC between Global and local team to ensure all validations, new process improvements in the LCM and OPR is executed on
    • Become the technical expert on the relevant systems to ensure the processes run successfully and queries can be addressed
    • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement for all aspects relating to driving the People Cycle implementation, leadership and stakeholder engagement, success and adoption
    • Ensure DynamX are upskilled appropriately and that the DynamX Evaluation model is successfully implemented within own area
    • Support the end-to-end programme management of GMT’s

    Agile Ways of Working

    • As Process Owner (PO) this role is responsible for collaboration and embracing the change of agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability, responsibility and removal of impediments​
    • It requires ownership of work on the sprint backlog, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the squad

    • Measuring & monitoring People Cycle engagement for the Zone
    • Work with Talent & Development squad to ensure proper execution of the People Cycle that will drive exceptional delivery of our talent management strategy
    • Identifying where the employees stand in terms of required skills and capabilities
    • Matching organizational needs with right people
    • Identifying key positions gaps by BU, function, band
    • Track and support the management of People Cycle processes(180/360 LCM, OPR, PDP, succession, talent pools)
    • Support and report on People Cycle indicators and analytics supported
    • Update and manage all knowledge platforms with People Cycle training material, updates and communication
    • OPR execution leveraged to engage and develop talent within the Zone
    • Work with the Talent & Development Specialists to analyse the 180/360 LCM & OPR results in order to ensure that effective succession and development plans are set up, executed and followed up
    • Act as SPOC for all Global Actions during the LCM and OPR process roll outs
    • Coordinate all data validation processes during the LCM and OPR cycle to ensure data reflects
    • As Talent Administrator provides technical input and support during LCM and OPR processes
    • Work with the Talent & Development team to identify continuous improvement opportunities within talent & development; People Cycle
    • Assist to achieve a strong pipeline strategy for the Zone, thereby ensuring we have the engaged people with the right skills and capabilities

    Program Management

     

    • Provide the required support and coordination to ensure the GMT Program is implemented successfully
    • Support the end-to-end recruitment, including social media campaign, selection and sign on process
    • Manages the GMT Program (Zone Inductions and Rotations)
    • Provide Global Induction and CAPSTONE Coordination and travel Support
    • Provide support to conduct One on One sessions with the GMT’s
    • Provide support for monthly engagement session by providing team building opportunities
    • Manage the GMT Rotation NPS and GMT Individual Feedback process
    • Provide input and support to continuously improve the Program based on NPS and feedback results
    • Submit social media campaign proposals, implement and monitor the execution of these
    • Manage the budget and PO processes in relation to the GMT expense requirements
    • Work with the Talent NOE to identify continuous improvement opportunities within GMT Programme
    • Support the end-to-end programme management of other relevant talent programmes

    Profile:

    • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or an equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 years experience, with prior exposure to managing strong communication plans, enablement of stakeholders with relevant data and information

    Knowledge of:

    • Programme Management
    • Project Management, preferably using an Agile approach.  
    •  MS Office, with particularly strong Powerpoint & Excel skills. PowerBI skills an advantage.
    • Excellent problem solver with analytical and reporting skill

    Proven capability:

    • Working with key customers and stakeholders
    • Supporting quality delivery within diverse teams
    • Implementing and achieving business results through other people
    • Thinking conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious and practical approach to using time and resources.
