    Purpose

    • To provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs, expectation and providing product solutions including directing customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) whilst adhering to policy and process.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
    • Preferred Qualification : Relevant NQF 5
    • Years of Experience : 1 to 2 years related experience
    • Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

    Private Banking Analyst Private Clients D

    Purpose

    • To assist in proactively managing a portfolio of clients with a team of Private Bankers through provision of analysis, research and sales and service fulfillment with the intent of identifying additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing a portfolio of existing clients through effective stakeholder management.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Relevant diploma in Finance or Accounting
    • Experience - 2 to 3 years experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment
    • Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
