    QA Engineer III Brackenfell

    Purpose of the Job    

    • The QA Engineer III is accountable for identifying highly complex Epics and features and coordinating, reviewing, and approving the test plans in collaboration with the Solutions Architect, Test Lead and the QA Team and Collaborate with other business units to understand solution flows in order to perform the testing End to End.
    • This role is accountable for ensuring test defects are eliminated in a product; addressing all the information gathered from the clients, customers, or end users is included in the comprehensive functional and non-functional testing scripts to ensure the systems under test perform as per the functional and non-functional requirements in production

    Application Support Specialist I - Brackenfell

    Purpose of the Job

    • The purpose of the Application Support Specialist I role is to support end users with the operation and functionality of software applications.
    • The role works alongside the Applications Support team to provide technical support relating to various applications, system-level software, compilers, and other general computing applications, troubleshooting day-to-day malfunctioning of applications or software systems and analysing standardised software requirements.

    Purpose of the Job

    • The purpose of this role is to ensure that efficient and cost-effective business solutions and processes are in place to address business needs/requirements.
    • The role facilitates effective and competitive business processes by eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business organisational and/or operational requirements.

    • The purpose of the Database Administration Apprentice is to assist the database administration team in managing and maintaining the system databases.
    • This role works closely with the database administration team to ensure the integrity, security, and efficient operation of databases.
