    Machine Minder

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
    • N2 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 
    • Basic electrical and mechanical pneumatic knowledge.
    • Reasonable understanding of engineering practices
    • Basic understanding of food safety practices.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Operate the production line machinery in accordance with the SOP’s and health and safety procedures.
    • Responsible for repairs and maintenance of the production line/equipment
    • Identify spares requirements and inform the supervisor accordingly.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Stock Control.
    • Reasons for variance in stock.
    • Co-ordinate the inventory counts
    • Timeous reporting on stock holding and variances.
    • Propper Implementation of FIFO (First in first out)
    • Help Supervise the maintenance of warehouses/storerooms and ensure proper arrangement of stock
    • Carry out stock management operations in line with set products/retail policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the reserving or stock as may be required, as well as the standard to ensure appropriate stock presentation.
    • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
    • Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters
    • Develop inventory control models that promote shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels
    • Collaborate with production personnel to ensure raw materials and final product stock is accurate and on point.
    • Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution performance
    • Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing losses

    Section Supervisor (Poultry Processing)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • Certificate in office administration/ supervisory role.
    • Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong Customer service skills
    • Computer literate (MS Microsoft word, excel, outlook) is advantageous

    • Assist with employee leave planning.
    • Maintain all company housekeeping standards on a daily basis as per schedule and on time within their departments
    • Monitor work attendance.
    • Report all unsafe working conditions to the Shift Manager 
    • Maintain good employee relationships.
    • Assist in maintaining discipline in the section.
    • Accurate filling and controlling of all relevant documents
