    Quality Measurement Officer

    DESCRIPTION

    • We’re on the lookout for an experienced Quality Measurement Officer in Bloemfontein covering the central region. 

    As a Quality Measurement Officer you will be responsible for:

    • Analysis and Enhancement of Processes
    • Audit Support and Oversight 
    • Project Support and Communication
    • Liaise with Merchandisers/Field Marketers countrywide in order to obtain quality audit information
    • Conduct audits with regards to compliance with respective to Quality Management Systems
    • Ensure accuracy of auditing data
    • Report on compliance and providing feedback and possible solutions to management
    • Perform ad hoc projects as a result of needs identified through quality audits
    • Identify improvements and more details to audit based on current audits
    • Effective analysis and enhancement of processes within defined parameters
    • Maintain, implement and monitor effective and efficient measurement processes according to the business quality standards
    • Analyse identified processes and investigate possible improvements (within defined parameters)

    Direct Sales Agent

    DESCRIPTION

    • We’re on the lookout for an experienced a Direct Sales Agent to be  focusing on the following product suites: Business Internet LTE, Wireless, Wireless Air and Fibre to business clients and expanding market acceptance of the brand thus enhancing the overall companies sales output and taking full accountability to assigned monthly targets as set put by the Regional Team Leader. To increase new sales via new business generation, thus increasing the companies new business solutions and technologies to market. The position focuses on aggressive direct Business Internet Sales and achieving defined Targets. Project may change as per client request from time to time.

    As a Direct Sales Agent  you will be responsbile for:

    • Daily Feed Activity
    • Meet and exceed stipulated monthly direct Business Internet sales targets (Target 25 per month)
    • Activity Target per day (Regional execution) - 20 Visits per day to Businesses, SME’s or SOHO`s
    • Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline is updated
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting in an increased daily pipeline
    • Daily training on products via Teams/On-site with the RTL
    • Travel Summaries to be monitored daily and submitted to the RTL for approval
    • Daily, weekly feedback sessions to line management on activity and sales
    • Kitted correctly, uniform and presentable as per guidelines
    • Align with RTL, Regional Manager and Single Point of Contact on strategy

    Daily Reporting Tasks

    • Complete the daily register and sales to be submitted to the RTL
    •  Record competitor activity and Field activities
    •  Resolve Red Flags as and when received
    • Submit monthly travel logs and submit to RTL (100% accuracy)

    Sales Targets

    • Achieve the minimum 25 approved Business Internet sales monthly – minimum of 12 Wireless, Wireless Air or Fibre to qualify for commission
    • Facilitate the order and quotes and fast track the sales orders
    • Arrange 1 quality promotion per week in the defined area with the RTL
    • Ensure sales targets are met monthly

    REQUIREMENTS
    To qualify for this role, you should have:

    • Minimum Matric
    • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    •  Familiarity of VPP(Siebel) desired
    • Demonstrated skills and proven experience in Sales and Business Sales

    Previous experience

    • Minimum 3 Years proven sales experience
    • Minimum 3 years sales experience within Telecoms or related industry
    • 3 years preferred experience with a competing ISP
    • A proven successful sales record
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing

    Knowledge, skills and abilities

    • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint Reports
    • Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects

    Additional requirement

    • Valid Driver’s license and Own reliable car. 
    • All vehicles must comply with local and national regulatory requirements
    • Vehicles must, at all times, comply with all license and applicable permit requirements
    • Vehicles must be serviced and maintained as per manufacturers recommendations to ensure these remain fit-for-purpose and kept in safe working order as per local legislation and roadworthy requirements

    Field Manager I

    An operational leader who ensures growth for clients, customers and Smollan by proactively influencing and managing relationships between the client, customers and employees; spotting opportunities and providing insights; managing the resources required to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations; and acting as a Smollan people custodian, leader and people manager.

     As a Field Manager you will be responsible for:
    Manage Promotional Activity

    • Facilitate the implementation of promotion grids
    • Ensure field force are informed about time frames for promotions
    • Communicate promotional activities to field force
    • Ensure understanding of objectives of various promotions
    • Ensure POS material is delivered to stores
    • Ensure sufficient stock has been ordered within required timeframes
    • Ensure promotional activities have been implemented and maintained
    • Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
    • Monitor competitor’s new innovations
    • Analyses and manage data integrity (Field comms) 

    Achieve POP Objectives

    • Ensure generic Planograms are implemented
    • Ensure store-specific planograms and category flows are implemented and maintained
    • Provide feedback to Clients with regards to forward share changes
    • Ensure forward share is reflected on shelf as per rate of sale
    • Ensure market share is reflected in the category
    • Ensure shelf health is implemented and maintained 
    • Efficient Achievement of Targets
    • Communicate sales targets to the Field Force
    • Increase volumes in stores
    • Identify in-store cross-merchandising opportunitie
    • Ensure stock pressure is applied
    • Ensure forward share reflects Rate of Sales (ROS
    •  Monitor in-store pricing
    • Ensure out-of-stocks are limited
    • Ensure sufficient ordering of stock on Nominated Order Day (NOD)
    •  Ensure delivery of stock as per Nominated Delivery Day (NDD)

    REQUIREMENTS
    What are we looking for?
