As a Product Owner, you’ll take complete ownership and responsibility of the success of one of Betway’s products.

Working closely with the Product Manager, you’ll set the product vision, strategy and roadmaps based on a deep understanding of the customer. You’ll define key product metrics in order to measure success towards your vision.

You’ll balance the needs of stakeholders and customers to build innovative features that our customers love.

You’ll need to forge strong relationships with neighbouring functions such as UI/UX, customer experience and engineering in order to drive towards your product vision.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Work with the product manager to measure success by monitoring and continuously improving Product KPIs.
• Work towards the product strategy and vision, and create buy-in both internally and with key external partners
• Create and maintain the high-level prioritised product roadmap based on data/analytics, customer feedback, competition and stakeholder input
• Use customer research and data to create proof-of-concept innovations to the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with external third-party partners, business stakeholders and product teams to ensure delivery timelines for dependencies
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience in order to identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products
• Scope and prioritise activities based on business goals, objectives and customer impact
• Drive and present product launches working with stakeholders

A member of our DevOps team needs to work closely with development and infrastructure to ensure fast and reliable continuous integration and to help facilitate the move to the cloud. DevOps is part of the technology department and as such it is expected that a candidate has a passion for technology and is always seeking to increase their knowledge and skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and accountability for work you undertake

You will have:

• Experience using Microsoft Azure products & technologies, including (but not limited to):
• Azure DevOps (VSTS) – designing and implementing release processes for development teams
• AppInsights and Azure Monitor – experience troubleshooting applications (PaaS, SaaS, etc) using AppInsights and Log Analytics. Familiarity with writing queries using Kusto query language to determine root cause of outages/problems
• Azure Functions/PaaS / SaaS – familiarity (or experience with) building functions/apps with native Azure technologies.
• Azure Containers (including Kubernetes service) – experience in building container services to host and manage new or legacy systems
• Knowledge of private, public and hybrid cloud architecture, networking, workload types, migration patterns and tools

We are looking for a determined, focused and self-motivated inquisitive individual to join our InfoSec Team. You will be required to provide administrative, technical and analytical support to meet the needs of the organization reporting to the InfoSec Manager.
