    Marketing Manger - Vosloorus

    Job Summary:

    • The Marketing Manager takes responsibility for leading and managing all activities in support of the Group Marketing Strategy. They will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan for the hospital, in alignment to the Group Marketing strategy. The incumbent will also take responsibility for General Practitioners and Specialist’s integration strategies.  The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning of strategic programs and events that build relationships between healthcare stakeholders. 

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in Marketing or Sales essential.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
    • Sales related experience is advantageous.
    • Stakeholder engagement experience at various levels of seniority (Manco to Exco).
    • Understanding of the healthcare industry in South Africa advantageous.
    • Ability to travel (own transport).

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Deliver a measurable Doctor-engagement strategy by engaging with medical professionals internally and externally to contribute to the revenue of the hospital.
    • Conduct regular strategic General Practitioner engagement to increase referrals.
    • Generate meaningful leads by identifying professionals who may meet the gap analysis profile (i.e. Doctors required) within the hospital.
    • Conduct bi-annual market research and post-campaign analysis and contributes to market segmentation and strategy development.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a Marketing strategy for area of responsibility.
    • Meet with relevant stakeholders to review business performance and to drive outcomes.
    • Create brand consistency in all marketing and advertising initiatives and manage all marketing activities and service providers.
    • Interpret research data and take the appropriate focused action.
    • Plan and coordinate media in order to maximize budgets on a campaign basis by using 360 degree media mix.
    • Serve on planning, project management and policy making teams, as a key member of the marketing management team.

    Clinical Facilitator/SHERQ Officer - Pretoria

    Job Summary:

    • The Clinical Facilitator/SHERQ Officer is responsible for the provision of clinical education and training support within the Nursing Disciple and for the overall skills plan of the hospital.     • Develop an annual work plan in relation to the Nursing strategy and workforce plan to meet the changing service needs including training/remedial plan, staff educational and learning needs and address gaps in line with up-to-date literature.
    • Participate and lead clinical audits and the formulation of action plans to address gaps including quality improvement initiatives and principles to training interventions.
    • Maintain up to date records of all training, development and learning activities of staff and submit such reports to the Group Learning & Development manager and Group Nursing Services Manager whilst contributing towards the submission of monthly and annual WSP.
    • Develop and co-ordinate the yearly SHERQ action plan and longer term SHERQ roadmap, prepare monthly reports on progress and present feedback at Group forums.
    • Plan, direct and implement, co-ordinate, maintain and evaluate the effective hospital-wide infection control program consistent with the regulatory requirements and the needs of the Clinix Health Group.
    • Participates in professional development and education activities/programs to ensure excellence in the provision of Infection Prevention and Control Services at the Hospital.
    • Facilitates training and learning by establishing a leaning culture be developing, supporting and implementing training and in-service education programs for all nursing staff.
    • Ensure a therapeutic and safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards and complying with infection prevention and control policy.

    Stock Controller Theatre - Vosloorus

    Job Summary:

    • The Stock controller will accept full responsibility and accountability for the control of stock, including but not limited to, auditing, counting, reconciling, replenishing, ordering, issuing, and condemning.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

     Basic Pharmacist Assistant Qualification.

    • Knowledge and experience of a pharmaceutical stock control system, consignment stock, theatre stock.
    • 2 – 4 years’ experience in stock control, preferably in a hospital environment.
    • Computer proficiency – SAP or similar.

     Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Assist the theatre with maintaining optimal stock levels and stock availability by compiling of order according to minimum and maximum stock levels.
    • Perform cyclic stock counts to minimise stock loss and to ensure rotation of stock.
    • Take responsibility for barcoding and packing of surgical items.
    • Pick and capture stock to be issued to theatre and wards / units and capture stock transfers from other hospitals.
    • Order, receive and check all stock delivered to the theatre (excluding schedule 5,6,7 drugs).
    • To pre-plan theatre requirements and ensure that theatre has sufficient stock to cover after hours and weekends.
    • Capture invoices.
