    Agent: Technical Support

    Purpose Statement

    • To provide a support service to the Capitec Bank branch environment by ensuring technical queries are responded to and resolved within the contracted service level agreement.

    Experience

    • 1-2 yearsTelephonic technical support experience, preferably in a Service Centre environment

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate

    Software Test Analyst

    Purpose Statement

    • To collaborate with the Business Analysts to define test scenarios
    • To prepare, participate in, and oversee the execution of test cases within a feature team
    • To participate in the validation of functional and non-functional test requirements
    • To participate in the preparation of test data in terms of input and expected outcome data
    • To participate in the preparation of required test environments

    Minimum Experience
    Experience

    • 5-7 proven formal experience in QA testing, preferably within a continuous delivery development environment
    • SQL Query Language Experience

    • National Certificate in Grade 12 National Certificate

    Architect: Model Delivery

    Purpose Statement

    • To create, build and run technology implementation / solution for the required what-if models for various business areas.
    • Use data sourced from the Operational Data Sources and use this data to drive what-if analysis for different scenarios. Build the core models, run them, and work toward a generic approach to modes.
    • To work towards establishing a low complexity, and low maintenance modelling management framework. Validate / test the approach with the team and educate newcomers to re-use the framework.
    • Create the creation technical framework & specifications from business requirements and maintain a working knowledge of the larger environment which could influence models, including Finance environment, SAP and other relevant Back-End Systems and data sources.
    • Ensure a balance between adherence to industry and company standards and the cost efficiency of a solution. Help create a culture of adherence and education around these standards in the team/s.

    • Experience on the job is necessary to enable the incumbent to use limited initiative and make satisfactory decisions about unforeseen circumstances.
    • Experience on the job is also necessary to understand the complexity of the environment.

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Systems Engineering or Information Management

    • Honours Degree in Data Analysis or Information Technology - Computer Science
