    Brand and Communications Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy and Implementation:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for all company brands.
    • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
    • Develop baseline marketing campaigns across social, digital and retail to maximise brand engagement and sales.
    • Trend Integration and Innovation:
    • Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into marketing and advertising campaigns.
    • Ensure all marketing materials are innovative, engaging, and resonate with our target audiences.
    • Infuse fresh ideas to keep campaigns dynamic and captivating.

    Marketing Alignment:

    • Collaborate with the Arts and Digital Marketing departments to align their outputs with overall brand strategies.
    • Review and approve key marketing collateral to ensure it meets brand standards and is on-trend.
    • Public Relations Management:
    • Develop and manage all PR activities related to the company and its brands.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners.
    • Craft and disseminate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
    • Act as the company's spokesperson when necessary and manage crisis communication.

    Consistency and Quality Control:

    • Conduct regular audits of marketing materials to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
    • Implement processes to maintain high-quality and consistent branding across all platforms.

    Campaign Oversight:

    • Provide briefs for marketing campaigns to ensure they are engaging, on-trend, and effective.
    • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.

    Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with department heads to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and PR strategies.
    • Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and PR efforts.
    • Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and ROI.
    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting for future campaign development

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
    • Significant experience in public relations, including media relations and PR strategy development.
    • Proven track record of integrating industry trends into successful marketing and advertising campaigns.
    • Experience with both traditional print and digital marketing channels.

    Skills:

    • Strong PR management and media relations skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing and PR analytics tools and platforms.
    • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them effectively.

    Junior Digital Marketer

    • We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to execute marketing activities, create engaging content, and analyse online metrics.     Key Responsibilities: 

    • Traffic Management:
    • Responsible for updating our Traffic Management Systems and allocating work to the appropriate team members, considering each member's skills to assign tasks effectively.
    • This role also involves managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the timely delivery of work.
    • Additionally, conducting internal reviews of work before submission to stakeholders is crucial to maintain a high-quality standard.
    • Content Creation:
    • Develop SEO-friendly content for the company's website and social media pages.
    • Email Marketing Management:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimise for better engagement and conversion.
    • Market Research:
    • Conduct surveys, questionnaires, and analyse audiences to understand market trends and consumer feedback.
    • E-Commerce Management:
    • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to oversee the development of assets for our latest products and offerings, as well as managing the briefs and tracking documents associated with these projects.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with updating databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling marketing activities.
    • Brand Representation:
    • Ensure the brand's image and tone are consistently and accurately represented across all platforms.
    • This includes liaising with our social media, Web Design, Graphic Design, and Content Creation teams.
    • Marketing:
    • Assist in diverse marketing opportunities, including print media and events, and contribute to effective brand management.
    • Reporting:
    • Track and analyse online marketing metrics.
    • Event Participation:
    • Execute and attend marketing events and training sessions.
    • Networking and Communication:
    • Engage with clients, affiliate partners, and conduct market research.

    Requirements: 

    • Experience in a digital marketing role, either full-time or part-time.
    • Knowledge of current market trends and social media marketing techniques.
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and email marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Degree or certificates in marketing, business, or related field advantageous.
