    Helpdesk Support Technician

    Description:
    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operate helpdesk and log calls.
    • Support users with login and passwords
    • Support users with windows issues
    • Operate within the SLA with business

    • Execute office duties such as receiving goods from suppliers and the regions, scheduling and packing items for the courier services.

    Senior Legal Officer - Durban

    Description:
    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate and manage the legal process with regard to the enforcement of the MIBCO Collective Agreements in the region.
    • Manage claims instituted against an establishment as a result of legal action
    • Prepare case files for hearings, attends conciliation and arbitration hearings and presents MIBCO’s case ensure that the collective agreement is maintained
    • Manages quality control of legal activities in a region
    • Manages external legal service providers and monitoring compliance with MIBCO standard operating procedures.

    • Filing Variation Applications where Commissioners errors occur on Arbitration Awards

    • The Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Secretary/Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of confidentiality.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager, including managing correspondence, management of Calendar for the HR Manager and Travel arrangement for the HR Team
    • Manage the HR Projects
    • Consolidation of monthly, quarterly, yearly/annual and ad-hoc HR Reports
    • Generate frequent HR & Board report for HR Manager
