    Training Administrator

    Purpose of the Job

    • To provide training coordination and administrative support on implementation and execution of Retail Academy strategy for the delivery of training to dealers so as to improve customer experience and ensure alignment with identified objectives.

    Who You Are:

    • Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills and both verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in word processing, presentation software and SAP
    • Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers
    • Are au fait with planning for virtual as well as face to face training methods
    • Exceptional organization skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with a team and have attention to detail
    • Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyse data
    • You are adaptable and use initiative to problem solve. 

    What you'll have done before:
    Baseline: 

    • NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Administration/ Business Management/ Training
    • Management or relevant)
    • 3 years’ experience in Training Administration and Coordination
    • SAP experience

    Advantageous:

    • Diploma in Human Resources or Project Management

    Long Description

    • Process all vendor invoices to ensure deadline of payments is met thereby maintaining a good standing with the vendors
    • Check, report and monitor divisional budget expenditure variances to enforce accountability in relation to spending
    • Monitor and control expenses on training cost centre to ensure costs are within 
    • Perform reconciliation of expenses versus invoices issued to match transactions that have paid
    • Coordinate and set up training sessions for dealers, forecourt staff and internal Retail staff) by providing meeting requests with required background and agenda to ensure effective running of meeting and minimal time wastage.
    • Coordinate all logistics to ensure smooth running of training sessions both virtual and face to face.
    • Prepare, record and follow-up issues, risks, actions & decision by maintaining various registers that events are addressed and followed through
    • Prepare meeting minutes and various project reports by capturing minutes and actions during as well as provide input to reports in support of the project team and governance requirements
    • Assist to track and report overall project progress, budget expenditures including updating project plans to ensure project materials is distributed to all relevant parties.
    • Ensures relevant communication is packaged and disseminated in a correct format to all affected stakeholders to keep them informed
    • Ensures communication is received by staff and stakeholders in order to manage expectations 
    • Establishes and maintains cross functional collaboration resulting in higher customer satisfaction

    Purpose of the Job

    •  Ensure the plant operates effectively and contributing to minor maintenance at the terminal.

    What you will be doing:

    • The right products in the right quantities are received into stock.
    • No accidents, contaminations or spills due to negligence of incumbent.
    • Products are stored safely in line with policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
    •  The right products in the right quantities are stored in the right storage areas.
    • Product handling take place in accordance with laid-down policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
    •  No delays in customer service due to incompetence of operator-all products dispatched on time as per loading documentation.
    • The work area is maintained in a clean, safe and hazard-free condition.
    • Depot equipment in good working order.
    •  Stocks are counted, tanks dipped on time as per agreed schedule.
    • Perform minor plant maintenance as per instructions of Plant Supervisor.
    • Interact with customers and service providers.
    •  Work with contractor to ensure deliverables are met.
    • Provide internal support to the contractor.
    • PPE Compliance.
    • ZETO Rule Compliance.
    • STOP Compliance.
    • Comply to Environmental regulations.
