    CRM Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    Backline Support for CRM Team:

    • Dedicated in office contact for escalations should clients not be able to reach CRM’s.
    • Support CRM’s with customer queries while they are on the road.
    • Support CRM’s with data analysis on top accounts.
    • Assist CRMs with certain functions, such as preparing credit notes and managing claims.

    Customer reporting Control Tower:

    CRM / MarComms Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the CRM planning and implementation process, liaising with Tech, Creative, Sales and all relevant internal channels to ensure CRM is fully aligned with the business and vice versa

    Paid Media Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting

    Senior BIE Executive

    Job Purpose

    • A Senior Business Analyst’s purpose is to maintain and leverage quality of service provided to customers, while ensuring operational optimization and process efficiency that would reflect positively on the customer experience. A Senior Business Analyst is to act as a proactive Support Function whereby the ownership to initiate and own certain projects is required.

    There are three key aspects of a Senior Business Analyst’s role:

    Customer:

    • Tertiary Education – B. Comm. Logistics (HONS) or equivalent Logistics post-graduate degree
