    AML/KYC Transfer Agency

    • The Transfer Agency Department provides Fund Administration service to numerous Fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including Transaction processing, Reporting, AML and Registration and Payments. The department is responsible for Client and investor document management, processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of clients in response to investor instructions.
    • This role is to perform BAU activities in the TA department in order to ensure that not only Client Service Level Agreements are consistently met and/or exceeded but also to ensure that regulatory requirements are effectively met. Candidates should be flexible enough to work in 24*7 environment

    Key duties and responsibilities

    • Individual/You should be able to review AML/KYC documents for all entity types. i.e Corporates, foundation/ Charities, institutional Investors, designated bodies etc.
    • Individual/You should be well versed with any or all AML guidance for Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda etc.
    • Individual/You should have working knowledge of any or all of screening tools viz. WorldCheck, Pythagoras, Lexus-Nexus etc.
    • Individual/You should be well versed with Microsoft applications. Expert excel and presentation skills is an added advantage.
    • Individual/You should have working knowledge of FATCA/CRS reporting. He/She should be able to review US tax forms i.e W9, W8-BEN, W8-IMY, Witholding statements etc.
    • Individual/You should have good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Individual/You should be able to keep records in good order and perform regular remediation activities as per the risk rating of investors.
    • Individual/You should be able to work separately and also collectively in a group as the situation demands.
    • Individual/You should be able to create the required reports in time, without any reminders.
    • Positive attitude and team spirit is a must.
    • Prior experience in Transfer agency functions will be an added advantage.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce is desired
    • 2-8 years of relevant experience

    Project Manager

    Job Specification

    Project Management and Communication

    • Responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure (scoping, requirements definition, resource and financial planning, quality management, etc.).
    • Managing and governing delivery across varied business and technology change programs.
    • Monitor the progress of project components to ensure the overall goals, schedules, budget, and benefits will be achieved.
    • Ensure that projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner.
    • Ensuring efficient communication with all relevant business and IT stakeholders.
    • Leading project meetings and providing updates to different management groups.
    • Working closely with the PMO team to ensure that the project documentation is consistent with the existing standards and internal processes and procedures.
    • Directing work/projects, controlling cost/schedule elements, management of resources, communications management, reporting, and change management.
    • Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact to business continuity.

    Project Controls and Reporting

    • Manage vendor administration (SOW activation, PCRs authorization, invoice approval).
    • Managing external vendors to ensure on time and to budget delivery.

    Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree required; Advance degree in IT related field or MBA preferred.
    • 5+ Years Project Management experience in a large multi-unit global organization required. 
    • Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) -preferred.
    • Project management skills in complex IS and business environments, including ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones. 
    • Deep project management experience managing local and global implementations. 
    • Experience working on projects in the financial services industry would be an advantage.
    • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools. 
    • Passion for leading teams and implementing change. 
    • Demonstrated leadership skills.  Strong negotiation and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among different teams.
    • High communication skills required at all levels. Must be able to interact with senior leadership.  Excellent command of verbal and written communication (English).  Effective presentation style for all levels of stakeholders.
    • Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis and resolution skills.
