    Retail Service Desk Consultant

    Job Specification:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Retail Service Desk Consultant to join our dynamic team. The main responsibility of the consultant will be to call customers with the purpose of either making an effective purchase offer or directing them to the store to open an account.

    The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Intermediate Numeracy: Ability to work with numbers and calculate pricing accurately.
    • Conflict Management: Proficient in handling and resolving customer conflicts and complaints effectively.
    • Negotiation Skills (Objection Handling): Ability to negotiate and overcome objections raised by customers.
    • Intermediate MS Office Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced Skills on APT and Presence: Ability to utilize advanced software tools for effective customer interaction and data management.
    • Assertiveness: confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional and assertive manner.
    • Probing Skills: Skillful in asking relevant questions to gather customer information and identify their needs.
    • Multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Telephone Etiquette: Excellent telephone manners and etiquette while conversing with customers.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze customer data and identify potential opportunities.
    • Written and Verbal Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
    • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services products and offerings.
    • Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating updates and information to all retail stores and customers through various communication channels.
    • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

    Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Effective outbound and inbound prospecting to identify potential customers and opportunities.
    • Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner to align with the business strategy.
    • Communicate with all retail stores and customers through training and coaching sessions to ensure seamless service delivery.

    DTP Operator - JD Tech Head Office

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and layout marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and catalogs in line with brand guidelines.
    • Edit and manipulate images, graphics, and text to create visually appealing materials.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver high- quality designs within specified deadlines.
    • Ensure that all materials are error-free, proofread, and adhere to brand standards.
    • Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
    • Collaborate with printers and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
    • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve design skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a DTP Operator or Graphic Designer, preferably in a retail setting.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and other graphic design software.
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
