    Key purpose:

    • As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Containerized Solutions.     Product Engineer - Qlik View & Qlik Sense Developer

    Key purpose:

    • We are looking for an experienced Qlik Sense/BI professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced GUI development in Qlik Sense to develop financial data models and applications covering areas such General Ledger, Income Statement and Supplementary data considering various financial measures.     Head of Applications Delivery

    Key purpose:

    • The responsibility of the Head of Projects is to manage the complete portfolio of IT Applications and Development Projects. This includes management of resources including business analysts, developers, project managers and Applications support staff to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget and with the appropriate benefits to the business. In addition to management of the programme, the job will also entail hands-on project management of certain complex projects that are key to the business.

    L2 Network Engineer

    Key purpose:

    • You will be responsible for planning, implementing and supporting Cisco networks including router/switch configurations. You will be expected to make recommendations on network changes as well as implement them in a timely manner. You will also manage the maintenance of our existing routers and switches, ensuring that they are kept up-to-date with patches, configuration changes and security updates.

    Financial Controller - Infrastructure Solutions (Zambia and Swaziland)

    Key purpose:

    • The Financial Controller is an advanced level role in the Management Accountants job family. They operate at a national level in medium to advanced complexity environments.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for the compilation of the detailed budget for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units for Dimension Data. The detailed budget needs to be complied with input from the Practice Manager and the Finance Business partner. To build out the budget for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units, the following needs to be considered:
    • Annuity Base
    • Employee costs
    • Overheads
    • Recoveries
    • The budget for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units to be signed off by the Vice President of Finance.
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for the compilation of the detailed forecast for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units per month
    • The detailed forecast needs to be complied considering the following inputs to the forecast:
    • Annuity Base for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units
    • Salesforce pipeline for new business
    • Employee costs for employees allocated the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units
    • Overheads
    • Recoveries
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for month end closure and monthly accounting for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units for Dimension Data. This activity will include the analysis of the accounting entries for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units and the processing of the necessary cost and revenue accruals. 
    • In Addition to the month end closure and monthly accounting for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units for Dimension Data, the financial controller will also be responsible for the month end closure of one or two business units for Infrastructure Solutions (IS) South Africa, the processing of the accounting entries for the one of two BUs for IS South Africa, including the following:
    • Review revenue and margin per category against forecast and investigate variations to the forecast.
    • Process the necessary cost and revenue accruals
    • Process the necessary cost and revenue deferrals
    • Analyse low margin or high contracts, for correctness 
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for various reporting to facilitate the review of the performance of the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units. The reporting will include the variance analysis of actuals and forecast vs budget.
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for the coordination of the preparation of the annual financial statements. In this capacity the financial controller will be responsible to liaise with the auditors in the relevant jurisdictions.
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible for the balance sheet reconciliations for all the balance sheet general ledger accounts for the IS Zambia and IS Swaziland business units for Dimension Data.
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible process and submit the VAT and tax returns, after consulting with the auditors
    • The Financial Controller will be responsible to assist with the review and approve the commission calculations for Infrastructure Solutions for our company.

    Qualifications and experience:
