    Contract and Budget Specialist

    The Position

    • Your main activities will include negotiation contract language and budget directly with clinical sites, draft original contracts for clinical sites and vendors in cooperation and under supervision of Clinical Contracts and Budgets Manager, Contracts Team Manager, Legal Manager, Local Legal/Law Firm.

    To be successful in this role you will also:

    • Ensure planned execution dates are secure, addressing any delays promptly and reporting to the Clinical Contracts and Budgets Manager.
    • Work hand-in-hand with Clinical Trial Administrators, interacting independently with investigators, clinical site staff, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Follows up the contractual process in appropriate electronic systems (e.g. Coupa)

    Qualifications

    • As a Contract negotiation and budget specialist, we expect you to have a bachelor’s degree, in Finance, Economy or other social sciences would be advantage.
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical research contracting experience from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) or clinical site.
    • Great budget management skills are absolute must.
    • IT proficiency: MS Office, clinical trial systems (e.g., Veeva, NovoTime, Coupa).
    • Fluency in English.
    • Excellent communication skills, excellent organization and long-term planning skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, team oriented personality with high degree of flexibility.

    Senior Public Affairs & Communications Lead

    The Position

    As a Senior Public Affairs & Communications Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to drive an integrated communications program at the affiliate level, developing and delivering a comprehensive communications strategy. Moreover, you will lead and organize communications efforts, utilizing new technologies and creative concepts to effectively activate patients.

    Your main accountabilities will be:

    • Ensuring the successful launch of portfolio products through impactful communication strategies.
    • Developing and implementing strategic disease awareness programs.
    • Strengthening and protecting the Novo Nordisk reputation through professional media engagement and collaboration with patient organizations and influencers.
    • Managing communication change, crises, and issue management across the affiliate.
    • Training and advising local stakeholders on communication strategy, key messages, and delivery.
    • Driving employee engagement and internal communications, inspiring and developing employees into ambassadors for our company.

    Qualifications

    As a Senior Public Affairs & Communications Lead, you need to have experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer, or regulated industry communications, both in-house and agency, with a proven track record in strategic communications planning, media and public relations management, crisis management, and internal communications. Nevertheless, you need to have a graduate degree in science, PR, communication, or a related field, and a master’s degree or above qualification is advantageous.

    To be successful in this role you need to have:

    • Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor content and delivery for specific audiences.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, simple, and structured messages.
    • Strong influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with senior management and high-profile experts with confidence and ease
    • Experience in managing agency relationships, providing direction, project management, and performance reviews
    • Experience with affiliate media engagement and a good understanding of effectively working with communication networks to achieve business outcomes
    • A high level of independent decision-making to manage media inquiries and issues that may appear at short notice and require prompt decisions
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English
