    Your responsibilities

    In summary, you'll:

    • Support the development of category strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence.
    • Oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and market share goals, responding to results with actionable plans.
    • Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation policies.
    • Assemble the annual Marketing Plan, endorsing marketing actions, sales initiatives, and outstanding execution.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Demonstrated creativity in brand strategy and the ability to drive innovation.

    Quality Assurance Manager(Deputy Responsible Pharmacist)

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead all Quality activities at the Reckitt SA site, managing the QMS and ensuring batches are certified for release within agreed timeframes.
    • Provide leadership and coaching to a committed Quality Assurance team.
    • Act as a backup release activities.
    • Maintain full compliance of the site activities with regulatory and Reckitt standards to protect our consumers and the brand.
    • Manage and innovate our importation, testing, and certification processes for SA markets with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Handle external regulatory and customer audits, maintaining robust Quality practices.
    • Strategically develop the batch release site to align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

    The experience we're looking for

    • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and Quality Management Systems, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Extensive knowledge of South African legal requirements surrounding pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply.

    QA Release Pharmacist

    Your responsibilities

    • Identifies and resolves quality incidents, both internally and from outside suppliers. 
    • Contributes actively to the quality improvement of existing products. 
    • Performs final product release of all healthcare products
    • Investigates the technical aspects of consumer complaints pertaining to all healthcare products 
    • Advises Quality Assurance Team of any significant risks to the business 

    The experience we're looking for

    • Minimum: B.Pharm Degree a must.   
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Production Preferable 
    • Previous managerial experience would be advantageous  
    • Any applicable QMS course  
    • Good analytical, organising and communication skills.  
    • Good Computer literacy
