    Job Description

    Assist with the pasta making process

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 certificate
    • Pasta making qualification (Theory and Practical) 
    • Experience as a pasta machine operator
    • The suitable candidate must understand laboratory work and recordings of pasta /mill data.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and must be able to work weekends.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor execution of pasta making process, by managing downtime, control and optimize people, machinery and equipment;
    • Ensure input Quality - Responsible for Raw material, production and mix back;
    • Understanding of short-cut pasta line from (1) dosage and press, (2) Cutting Units, (3) Shaker pre-dryer, (4) TAS HP dryer and (5) the cooler.

    Job Description

    Effectively facilitate all the administrative functions in the centralised VKB Fuels department pertaining to scheduling and cash flow.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ NQF 4
    • Experience within the petroleum and retail industry will be an advantage. 
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in and administrative role dealing with orders, capturing invoices and solving complaints.
    • Knowledge of replenishment levels will be an advantage.
    • Computer Literate in MS Office is essential.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Basic financial recordkeeping and reporting within VKB Framework.
    • Continuous liaison between suppliers with regards to fuels deliveries.

    • Capturing GRV's according to VKB policy and procedure and recordkeeping thereof to ensure audit trail.
    • Assist fuel branches with queries and scheduling of fuel deliveries.

    Job Description

    Responsible for all aspects of financial management within GWK Mechanisation, in terms of financial analysis, planning, optimisation of business objectives, compliance with legislation, contracts, policies, procedures, management of the finance team, optimisation of business effectiveness at strategic, functional and operational level , system maintenance and development and risk management.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have the following:

    • Management support to make informed decisions through the use of formulas, software and spreadsheets;
    • Continuous identification of financial risks and making recommendations on them;

    • Execution of financial year-end procedures;
    • Develop financial models and forecasts;
    • Handling policies and standard practices of the company;
    • Provide ongoing financial support to all stakeholders (internal / external);
