- Monitor execution of pasta making process, by managing downtime, control and optimize people, machinery and equipment;
- Ensure input Quality - Responsible for Raw material, production and mix back;
- Understanding of short-cut pasta line from (1) dosage and press, (2) Cutting Units, (3) Shaker pre-dryer, (4) TAS HP dryer and (5) the cooler.

Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- Experience within the petroleum and retail industry will be an advantage.
