Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of Academic Administrator at our Bedfordview campus on a full-time basis. 

Type of Position:

The Position:

• To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the Bedfordview campus.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification will be preferable.

Experience:

• At least one years’ administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.

Duties and Responsibilities    

Responsibilities:

• As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
• Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)
• Student query handling and resolution
• Assist with administration of enrolment process
• Assist with administration of graduation
• Assist with CAT, RPL or qualification change applications
• Contributes to Atrisk tracking process
• Extended studies contract (Information Systems Certificates only)

Type of appointment:

• Fixed-term contract

Purpose:

• To lecture Information Technology-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
• To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

Minimum Requirements

• Honours degree is preferred, but not essential
