    Software Development Manager- SAP

    Purpose Statement

    • To provide strategic technical direction and manage multiple technical teams responsible for the technical delivery of the full product lifecycle; all product features and support and maintenance related tasks in respect of the product

    Purpose Statement

    Team Leader: Systems and Reconciliations

    Purpose Statement

    • Oversee a team responsible for executing key accounting functions and providing an accurate financial status of all systems across Capitec. This includes reviewing and quality assuring reconciliations, journals and provisioning and ensuring transactions and exceptions are managed timeously.
    • Responsible for monthly analytics, liaising with IT department regarding system issues and month end tasks. 

    Experience

    • 2 – 3 years reconciliation experience

    Purpose Statement

    Specialist: Credit Profit Optimisation (Budgeting)

    Purpose Statement

    To provide subject matter expertise towards enhancing credit profit optimisation through:  

    • Providing the Retail Banking division with a robust and relevant term loan sales forecast to maintain growth, profitability and the achievement of operational objectives.
    • Influencing operational staff incentives in line with forecasts.
