You will be responsible for reaching out to customers to collect deposits, payments for bookings, additional charges for damages, etc. and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and respectful manner.

Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• A valid Drivers License
• A background in Debtors or Collections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Above average problem solving skills
• Fluent in English (1st or 2nd Language)
• Excellent Computer skills (Excel)
• Impeccable telephone etiquette
• Be confident and firm while maintaining a professional and respectful manner
• Ability to work on weekends, if required
