    Client Service Consultant

    Role Purpose    

    • Render a comprehensive service to clients, processing all the administrative tasks according to agreed standards and turnaround time’s thereby improving client retention and repeat business opportunities.

    Requirements    

    • Matric or NQF 4 equivalent
    • 2-3 years client service administration experience
    • Financial services experience

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Accurately capture client information on the relevant system
    • Execute client requests within the agreed timeframes, quality standards and legislation.
    • Handle all the administrative tasks according to agreed standards and turnaround times.
    • Engage with client in a client centricity manner to improve client retention and repeat business activities.
    • Resolve client queries and follow up to ensure queries are resolved timeously and effectively.
    • Ensuring accurate completion of documentation as per service level agreement in order to meet client needs.
    • Effectively utilize client service interactions to improve client retention and repeat business activities.
    • Effectively use administration systems to ensure accuracy of documentation.
    • Providing effective, efficient and professional service to all our clients and offices, both telephonically and through written correspondence.
    • Handling of urgent complex enquiries and requests received telephonically and via email.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the process of developing client service standards to ensure clients receive clear and accurate information and are kept informed at all times.

    Key Client Manager

    Role Purpose    

    • The incumbent will be responsible for handling the key client accounts for Momentum Corporate. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. The Key Client Manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationships with potential clients.

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field
    • Employee Benefits experience is essential
    • Extensive industry knowledge and product knowledge
    • 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales, key client management or consulting
    • Intermediate computer skills, and experience with CRM software and MS Office with emphasis on excellent Excel skills
    • Process documentation experience.
    • Project management experience.
    • Experience with reporting and analytics.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    INTERNAL PROCESSES

    • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
    • Resolving key client issues and complaints together with the relevant service teams
    • Developing a complete understanding of key client needs
    • Anticipating key client changes and improvements
    • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
    • Strategic planning to improve client results
    • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
    • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client

    • Contribute to client relationship management to increase and promote MML as the preferred partner to key clients
    • Designing a client appropriate dashboard and capturing on CRM system
    • Develop in-depth client and industry needs, intelligence and share these with the appropriate MML businesses
    • Develop opportunity roadmaps to optimize wallet share through facilitating cross and up-selling in collaboration with the MML solutions teams
    • In collaboration with internal stakeholders develop a structured sales/new business process to secure additional business for MML
    • Conduct annual client satisfaction audits
    • Manage the profitability of clients in collaboration with relevant MML business units
    • Facilitate strategic client forums and brainstorms internally and externally
    • In collaboration with MML business units, provide a client experience that retains and strengthens the client

    Talent Acquisition Administrator

    Role Purpose    

    • As part of the Momentum Health Solutions Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the recruitment administrative function of the HR team.

    Requirements    

    • Matric.
    • Graduate with a completed Degree or National Diploma (3 years) in Human Resources.
    • Computer literate (MS Office) is essential
    • Ability to manage diaries and bookings.
    • Strong reporting, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Planning and organising.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Knowledge and experience of HR practices and relevant legislation.
    • Must have an interest in researching information.
    • Always be punctual, professional, and courteous.

    • Liaising with the HC Business Partner and Human Capital Consultant regarding the recruitment administration for vacancies in Momentum Health Solutions.
    • Working closely and assisting the Human Resources team with all recruitment queries when required.
    • Managing and coordinating various Talent Acquisition systems; including Neptune, MIE, Assessments, At Play interviews, and MS teams.
    • Advertising of vacancies.
    • Short-listing for various vacancies.
    • Effectively screening and selecting applicants according to the job criteria.
    • Assist in preparing CV's for internal clients.
    • Scheduling of interviews and diary coordination.
    • Processing statutory checks and references, (including MIE, KR1S, and social media where applicable).
    • Process psychometric assessments and technical assessments where applicable.
    • Draft offer within the agreed service level agreement time.
    • Systematically regret unsuccessful applicants.
    • Tracking activity of all recruitment processes.
    • Actively updating project statuses on MS Teams.
    • Preparing for and attending all production meetings.
