Main Purpose of the Job
Pam Golding Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Rental Administrator who is self-motivated, independent and mature to accurately administrate all rental documentation, payments and tenant placing of each property in accordance with the South Africa legislation for all landlords in order to provide a premium service to all our clients based on our vast knowledge of the property market and great insight of the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Check bank statements every morning and allocate funds.
- Conduct TPN checks.
- Prepare leases, invoices and statements for new landlords.
- Prepare annexures to lease agreements acc.
- Prepare Renewal extensions, input forms and invoices for landlords.
- Assist agents and management with enquiries.
- Ensure that all new and extension leases with the relevant documentations are forwarded to Head Office administration.
- Capture new leases on the in-house database.
- Create new files for new leases and sending welcome letters to landlords and tenants.
- Any other administration as and when required by the Rental Manager
