Main Purpose of the Job

Pam Golding Properties Klein Karoo is looking to partner with people who are willing to relocate to one of the three lovely Klein Karoo towns of Oudtshoorn, Ladismith or Uniondale and De Rust. We want Estate Agents who appreciates country living, who are ambitious, driven, motivated by reward and are professional. You will be responsible for the successful marketing and selling of residential property as well as potential farm sales. The Pam Golding Properties Oudtshoorn office will be the office providing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvas properties to sell
• Collect information about properties (Lead generation)
• Visit sellers and give feedback on selling process
• Arrange for photography and final listing on websites
• Valuation- able to apply sound principals when estimating the value of a property
• Able to put together a marketing plan for a property
• Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
• Able to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers
• Networking

Education & Experience

• Must have valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
• Must have your own laptop and cellphone
• Must be able to sustain yourself financially for at least 6 to 8 months before you start earning commission
