    Partnership Manager – Healthcare Staffing (University & Supplier Relations)

    We are looking for a skilled Partnership Manager to join our healthcare staffing team.

    The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities and other B2B partners to source F1 nurses and NCLEX-qualified nurses for international nurses and students to work in the USA.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing, B2B business development, and relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a partnership acquisition plan to build and maintain relationships with universities and other B2B partners.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify opportunities and source F1 nurses and NCLEX-qualified nurses from various suppliers.
    • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, proposal development, contract negotiation, ongoing relationship management and candidate acquisition
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnerships to acquire high quality candidates that will drive business growth.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and work with the team to deliver innovative staffing solutions.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare staffing, B2B sales or relationship management.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships.
    • Experience working with universities and international students a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations, including NCLEX certification requirements.
