Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to manufacturer policies.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary documentation and information for warranty claims.
• Communicate with manufacturers to resolve claim issues and provide updates on claim status.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and parts used.
• Assist in tracking and managing warranty parts inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing warranty-related inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and changes.
