    Trade Marketing and Brand Representative

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    Executional Framework

    • Design, update and the distribute electronic product catalogues, display guidelines and flow cards
    • Develop range reviews, country planograms, pricing cards for price point management,
    • Implement sales briefs, market execution audits, campaign incentive management and activity planners
    • Coordinate general administration with internal & external stakeholder engagement
    • Secure alignment of brand & category information and manage expectations with in-market teams, distributors and relevant stakeholders

    Brand Visibility

    • Assist with the management of the secondary display plan (elements by outlet) for NPD
    • Facilitate marketing campaigns and KVI Support to ensure speed to market with internal & external stakeholders
    • Increase presence of informal trade brand POS across key categories (incl. beverages, biscuits, snacks & personal care, etc.)
    • Ensure branding elements are available for key consumer activations and trade shows
    • Manage projects with stakeholders & suppliers

    Category Performance and Review

    • Manage launch process and alignment with key stakeholders:
    • Listing forecasts, distribution targets, listing support materials (codes, jpg, trade presenters, pricing, samples), and placement plan (primary and secondary)
    • NPD tracking (listing, distribution, sales review)
    • Prepare performance analysis and administration by key brand and SKU
    • Analyse data company analysis (growth volume / value, distribution trends, geographical trends, channel trends), trends / key issues to be addressed
    • Identify key competitors – insights collation as to what they are doing (pricing, promotions, display etc.) and highlight any concerns

    Market And Brand Development

    • Generate reports for all administrative requirements from the AVI system (SQL)
    • Prepare and update all documents, worksheets, etc.
    • Tracking performance and implementation of all projects/campaigns in regions
    • Gain market understanding by actively engaging with International stakeholders to understand cultural dynamics regarding AVI brands
    • Assist the market with development opportunities for growth
    • Assist with distributor support requirements for in market compliance and regulation
    • Mitigate brand and company risk by doing in market research and sharing with relevant stakeholders

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:

    • 3 years experience in FMCG Brand, Marketing and Trade execution environment
    • Experience in the Food Industry will be advantageous

    Qualifications:

    • Degree / Diploma in Marketing
