    Test Analyst - CPT - Northern Suburbs

    • B.Sc. Computer Science /BTech information Technology degree or National Diploma in IT from any reputable institution. 
    • ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing 
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a tester or Test analyst 
    • Create and maintain test plans, test cases 
    • Test with or without specifications, when required 
    • Experience of web-based and Windows applications 
    • Solid experience in database and user interface testing 
    • Solid experience in integration testing 
    • Excellent skill and experience in writing Microsoft SQL queries 
    • Experience with automated testing tools such as selenium and JMeter 
    • Understanding / experience of test methodologies and techniques 
    • Creation and execution of manual and automated tests 
    • Thorough application/report testing (delivers a high-quality product to the 
    • business for UAT) 
    • Ensure branding standards are adhered to 
    • Guide in the creation of UAT Pack 
    • UAT training and support 
    • Defect tracking and resolution thereof 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills (ability to resolve complex problems) 
    • Prioritization ability. 
    • Experience with TestLink. 
    • Experience with Mantis Bugtracker. 
    • Experience with JIRA.
