    Telecoms Sales Executive - George

    Job Description

    • A Telecoms Company in George is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a range of telecommunications solutions, with a primary focus on VoIP, Hosted PBX, Connectivity, and Cloud Solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications industry.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    • Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

    Solution Selling:

    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients and recommend tailored telecommunications solutions.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of VoIP, Hosted PBX, Connectivity, and Cloud Solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive solution proposals.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors to enhance the product offering.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
    • Familiarity with VoIP, Hosted PBX, Connectivity, and Cloud Solutions.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, VoIP protocols, and cloud computing.
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
