    Technical Trainer - Rosslyn

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • To develop and deliver technical training to the UDSA dealer network.
    • Develop training content, according to business, dealer and customer requirements.
    • Support and advise dealer management and dealer staff regarding personal development and career development.

    Minimum qualifications and experiences

    • Diesel Technician
    • Training and Development Qualification (bonus)
    • 3 – 5 years as diesel technician in dealer workshop
    • Leading and Supervising
    • Applying Expertise and Technology
    • Planning & Organizing
    • Presenting and Communicating Information
    • Learning and Researching

    Knowledge

    • Commercial Vehicle Product Knowledge
    • Diesel technical
    • Dealer Operations
    • Adult Learning
    • Training program content development
