Tech Officer: Software Developer (Centurion) at BCX

Core Description

• Responsible for general SharePoint support, and ensure the  use of  new software products is in alignment with BCX’s standards. Equip users with knowledge to better the way of work.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Train User training for all BCX employees on Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Projects Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Administer and support Microsoft Share Point   and Microsoft Project
• Ensure smooth migration for various data sources to SharePoint Online  
• Investigate user requirements for new developments and applications enhancements
• Develop solutions using the Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft power Apps
• Call Management
• Core Functional Skills & Knowledge
• Communication
• Remote Support
• Network Technology
• Telephone Etiquette
• Troubleshooting Techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma

Additional Qualification preferred or advantage

• NQF 5: Higher Certificates or any Higher Education in Information Technology

Experience

• 2 years’ IT relevant experience

Certifications

• COMPTIA
• Microsoft/MCSE
• Basic certification in operating systems optional/ Basic software development language certification.
