Team Lead – UI/UX (Developer) front-end at Six Senses

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant Tertiary IT Degree/Diploma in development from an industry-recognized training institution.
• Certification in UI/UX design is preferential.
• Portfolio of web applications or websites

Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role);

• Minimum 5 years development experience.
• Experience in both Health Insurance and Financial Services.
• Good knowledge of Mathematics, Insurance, and Health Care.
• Proven Experience in UI/UX design and optimization.
• Track record in delivery of projects.
• Experience in Agile processes and sprint control.
• Experience using Azure Devops, CI/CD, Pipelines

Technical skills:

• 5 years’ working experience with ASP.NET, MVC.
• 5 years’ working experience in styling, skinning, and building of user interfaces, using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other frameworks.
• 5 years’ working experience in designing interfaces for usability and friendliness.
• 2 years’ experience with MSSQL 2016+, incl T-SQL and query optimizations preferential.
• Working experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BI preferential.
• Extensive experience working in Azure DevOps (tickets, sprints, code versioning, release management).
