Job Description

• Provides comprehensive short-term insurance support services.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in short-term insurance;
• Recognized Qualification, COBs for Personal and Commercial Lines, PSTs (Product Specific Training).
• RE 5;
• RE1 – will be beneficial;
• Must be willing to travel and observe in vacant positions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support to GWK Wealth branches as assigned;
• Standardization and induction of short term insurance processes at branches;
• Implement and update the Underwriting Manual;
• Implementation of electronic database, storage and use at all branches;
• Coordination and underwriting of customers' renewal policies at branches as assigned;
• Quality control on policies according to Binder requirements;
• Relieve at branches where a vacant position arises;
• Relay at new branches where new expansions are planned;
• Training of new advisers and clerks at branches;
• Identification of training needs and continuous training of advisers and clerks;
