Purpose Statement

• To work as part of high- performing team with a strong emphasis on collaborating with others in all fraud related areas to design. manage, test, implement and maintain decision and process automation and optimization through the use of low code platforms aligned to business and strategy operational requirements.
• Interpret requirements and specifications to build system solutions supporting business processes aligned to internal and external governance
• Ensure that the relevant internal and external governance is followed.
• To provide support and query resolution and liaise with system parties to ensure timely resolution of business rules and process automation..

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology - Computer Science or Information Systems
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant post graduate degree in Information Technology

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum:

Advance knowledge and understanding of:

•  Strategy Automation tools
• Testing tools (SoupUI, Postman and/ or Insomnia) MS SQL (including Data Management
• XML
• JSON
• WebServices (SOAP and microservices)
• Project Management and coordination
• Business Strategy Documentation inlcuding assistance with drafting soucre documents for training purposes

Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in System and Data Integration using a combination of the following platform solutions:
• PowerShell
• JavaScript
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of automation using PowerShell
• Querying Data with Transact- SQL
• System Interfaces
• System implementation and technical Systems Support.

Ideal

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Jira , Confluence
• Salesforce/ AgilePoint

Advanced Knowledge of :

• Actimize products such as Integrated Fraud management (IFM) and RCM / ActOne
• Business and Systems Analysis Methodologies
• ITIL Principles and application thereof

Good understanding of:

• Banking Systems
• Banking business models
• Knowledge and understanding of the Financial Crime landscape: Money Laundering, Compliance and Risk within the Financial Sector
