Supervisor: Warehouse | Cargo Commercial Vehicles Airport at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Efficient overseeing of the Receiving, Binning and Picking process
• Conduct effective daily stock audits
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Effective management of the health and safety environment
• Ensure all technology is fully functional and reliable
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Internal processes, policies and regiment
• Knowledge of MBSA and Motus organizational structure
• Knowledge of MBSA requirements
• knowledge and understanding of role-specific internal processes, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of competitor activity
• Administrative and product-specific training
• Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Business structures (networking)
• Understanding of process management
• Understanding of financial management
• Relevant written and verbal contracts (SLA’s, etc)
• Express and implied ethical responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• NQF Level 4 (equivalent to Matric), preferably with Warehouse Diploma
• Minimum two years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor (Commercial Experience is an added advantage)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clear Criminal Record
• Motor industry experience is essential
• Must have excellent verbal communication skill
• Computer literacy is essential
• Knowledge of Kerridge will be an advantage.
