Supervisor III - Potchefstroom at Rheinmetall Denel Munition

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ensure high quality and safety standards as per OHS-act and company procedures
• Supervising and control of manufacturing processes.
• Supervising and control production personnel.
• Supervising and control of manufacturing facilities.
• Planning and control of production to achieve the sales plan.
• Daily feedback on production progress and problems encountered
• Budget control of the various costs associated to the plant.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• B Tech in Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 Years’ Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a paint manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Computer Literate and able to operate the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or QMuzik will be an advantage.
• Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work in a team
• Good communication skills (i.e. both verbal and written) 
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement and display initiative.
