Stores Clerk - Pretoria West at RCL Foods

Job Description

RCL FOODS is seeking Stores Clerk to join our Baking Division. Our Pretoria Bread Baking Plant is looking for a Stores Clerk provide support with tracking Conducting spares cycle counts and reconciling any variances. Ensuring safety of all spares, tools and equipment in the Store. Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Ensuring safety and good housekeeping in the store. Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom. Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.

Executing other stock-related duties which may include returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies. Tracking the status of inventory on a weekly basis and providing timely reports. The role will be based in Pretoria West and will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical Senior Certificate
• Experience in Store Environment
• Microsoft Outlook & Excel Knowledge
• Syspro Experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain good standing relationship with Suppliers.
• Assisting Buyer with quotes and ordering of parts.
• Receiving and Issuing of Parts on IT System.
• Daily matching, completion of Invoices.
• Interaction with Creditors.
• Manage Stock Levels.
• Manage Weekly Stock takes.
• Month end Stock takes.
• Assisting with daily stores management.
• Managing of Pragma Job cards for store usages.
• Assisting with department CMMS System.
• Ensure a safe, healthy & risk-free Store working environment.
• Assisting with department Health & Safety
