Store Operative at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions

This role will focus on:

• Manage the daily operations of the store and logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform biweekly and annual stock counts.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of goods within the warehouse.
• Handle receiving, dispatching, and tracking of goods with all necessary documentation.
• Monitor and update production sheets with accurate information.
• Assist with local purchasing and stock receipting.
• Coordinate spare parts requirements with the workshop for repairs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Sales, Production, and Procurement regarding logistics activities.

• Matric qualification.
• Forklift license (preferred).
• Experience with inventory software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX (advantageous).
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft 365 systems.
