    Specialist HR Talent Sourcing

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

    We are seeking a Specialist: Talent Sourcing to execute and implement our tactical talent acquisition strategy, aligned with Toyota South Africa Motors, Talent Management Strategy. This role ensures the effective and sustainable delivery of various talent management components, including Talent Sourcing, Targeted Recruitment, and Talent Pipeline Generation. As the Specialist: Talent Sourcing. you will play a critical role in meeting our hiring goals by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
    • Benchmarking: Benchmark recruitment processes to identify and implement best practices.
    • Recruitment Solutions: Develop strategies for recruiting scarce and critical skills as defined and agreed within the organisation.
    • Compliance: Keep up to date with current employment legislation pertaining to your daily work duties.
    • Talent Acquisition: Drive and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition services for Toyota SA, ensuring proactive communication with key stakeholders.
    • Sourcing Channels: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business unit stakeholders to understand core business objectives, strategic goals, and culture.
    • Service Levels: Work within the agreed service levels with business areas, HRBP Leads, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
    • Cost-Saving Strategy: Develop and execute a cost-saving resourcing strategy, reducing reliance on external partners.
    • Internal Mobility: Collaborate with HRBPs to enhance internal mobility capabilities.
    • Policy Adherence: Ensure recruitment and selection processes for the organisation adheres to policy and governance.
    • Onboarding: Ensure timely onboarding of all hires, adhering to onboarding policies and procedures.
    • Market Monitoring: Monitor the external market to anticipate future challenges and new trends in line with area of responsibility.
    • Educational Institutions: Liaise with educational institutions about career opportunities and career path on offer with Toyota South Africa.
    • Exit Interviews: Analyse responses from exit interviews.
    • Reporting: Provide monthly progress reports to Senior Management and present at monthly departmental meetings.
    • Communication: Ensure effective communication throughout the sourcing process.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Education: NQF 6 (360 credit qualification) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 8+ years in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes, market mapping, and stakeholder management.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and relevant employment laws.
    • 3-5 years in management of staff and vendors/suppliers within SLAs.
    • 3 – 5 strategic talent pool development, tracking and management
    • 2-4 years industry trends assessment and analysis
