    Specialist: Campaign Management Systems

    Core Description    
    Responsible for the end to end campaign configuration of the Campaign Management System (CMS) in support of agreed segment strategies for both mobile and fixed for the Consumer and Business segments. This role will assist the CVM campaign team with campaign planning requirements, tracking, customised reporting and data quality. The position will also be responsible to the customisation of the Telkom USSD application.

    • Direct Campaign Management/ Direct Marketing/ CRM; Data-driven Direct Marketing Principles, Techniques, Tools and Systems; High-level Understanding of Customer Analytics, Segmentation, Customer Data Management, Customer Insight/ Research; Customer Lifecycle Management; Commercial, Analytical Thinking and Decision-making; Customer Profile Management Strategy Definition & Implementation; Customer Retention & Loyalty; Sales-oriented Outbound/ Inbound Call Centre Management (including credit vetting); Telecommunication Industry (preferably mobile products & service, mobile customer behaviour); Legal & Regulatory Frameworks

    Required Certification    
    None.
    Qualifications    

    • A 3 year degree/ diploma in computer science or engineering (NQF level 6)

    Experience    

    • 5 years experience in Database and/or Customer Relationship Management with at least 1 year of experience in the use and execution of the IBM UNICA system or other campaign tools.

    Special Requirements    

    • A passionate and skilled communicator who can articulate both CVM's vision and direction in a clear and compelling way.
    • Customer orientation with the ability to establish and maintain an ongoing partnership with key stakeholders.
    • Strong campaign management system capability technically on, MS SQL Server, Oracle Application Server, Data base management and configuration, LINUX, PL SQL and Java.
