Stefanutti Stocks Corporate Services requires a Registered Training Officer – Specialization in Operating Mobile Machinery for Surface Excavation Operations.

Requirements

Skills / Experience:

• CETA/MQA Registered Assessor and Registered Moderator on the following scope(s)
  • Skills Program in Operate Mobile Machinery for Surface Excavation operation.
• ETDP Statement of Results ( & Provider Certificate) for
  • 115753 : Conduct outcome-based assessments
  • 115759: Conduct moderation of outcome-based assessments
  • (115755: Design and Develop outcome-based assessments an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operating mobile machinery for surface excavation operations
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Mining training discipline.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Valid code 08EB driver’s license. 
• Must be willing to travel we required. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of learning material and methods.
• Implementation and achievement of agreed upon strategic objectives.
• Presentation of mobile machinery skills programs.
• Training, evaluation and assessment of learners and conducing of on-the-job training.
• SHE adherence and alignment to ensure that safety targets are achieved.
• Produce and maintain effective training results.
• Methodologies and conduct assessments as per ISO standards.
• Address the requirements of Health and Safety Act.
