SHE Specialist - Ceres at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Function will report to the site EHS Manager
• Ensure the site is complying with PepsiCo GEHSMS, ISO 45001, & ISO 14001 international standards.
• Provide daily support and coaching of supervisors and EHS representative.
• Ensure training of all critical tasks and safe work practices are done and keep records of these.
• Attend Monthly Site Management meetings to address critical areas of EHS performance and drive resolution of action plans.
• Report all EHS KPIs monthly on PepsiCo's MyEHS system and reporting of all incidents & NMs according to PepsiCo EHS incidents reporting standard.
• Safety Induction of all personnel, contractors and visitors.
• Participate in incident investigation to determine root cause and preventative actions
• Work with cross functional to fully implement PepsiCo EHS Standards across all departments and shifts.
• Develop and deliver training to the front line environmental, health and safety systems and requirements including safe work practices and all legal training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years National Diploma in Safety Management/ Environmental Management/ Engineering (SAMTRAC will be advantageous)
• 4-5 years relevant in a similar role
• Knowledge of MyEHS would be an advantage
