Job Description    

• Senior Tax Consultant with 4+ years of experience in tax consulting, a relevant degree in Taxation, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The role involves conducting tax research, drafting tax opinions, letters, and reports, performing tax calculations and tax related audit procedures, assisting with dispute resolution matters, providing technical assistance to tax compliance team, and managing budgets and risk management procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Conduct research on various tax issues
• Prepare tax-related reports/opinions/letters
• Perform tax calculations and reconciliations
• Assist with tax compliance
• Manage budget for client engagements
• Assist with risk management procedures
• Write articles and other client communication material
• Take responsibility for own development

Minimum Requirements    

• A relevant degree in Taxation
• Minimum of 4 years experience in tax consulting
• Must have a thorough knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Must have experience in drafting tax opinions, letters and reports
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and tax software
