Senior SAP Solution Specialist at Engen

Purpose of the Job

• Develop, Manage and support Engen’s Sales and Distribution module, Retail Fuel Network Operations module, and 3rd party applications by managing and guiding a team of application developers and understanding to ensure adherence to Engen IT architecture.

What you’ll have done before:
Baseline:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science Information Technology or other relevant fields.
• SAP Sales and Distribution certification.
• 6+ years of extensive experience of SAP Sales and Distribution module (SAP SD). 
• 3+ years Solution Manager experience.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of Supply Chain business process.
• Integration experience with FI/CO, CRM and MM.

Advantage:

• ITIL certification
• SAP Oil and Gas industry experience
• Exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• SAP Certification in other SAP modules 
• Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA
• Experience of Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO)
• Understanding of Retail Fuel Network Operations and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR)

What you'll be doing:

• Assists in the implementation and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO), and EDI.
• Liaise with other consultants to ensure quick resolution of incidents and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Design, configure and unit testing of SAP Retail Fuel Network Operations module.
• Resolve system defects within defined SLAs by applying fixes and SAP notes after thorough analysis of trends, system logs, incidents, service requests, reported problems and queries to ensure a robust, reliable, and stable SAP environment.
