Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner tplay an influencing role in the competitive evolution of our Managed Hosting, Billing and Cloud portfoliof products. You will be part of a scrum team(s) where you will represent our customer's and business's needs and be responsible for managing and prioritising your backlog of product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discovery tunderstand and break down the product vision intsequenced features and stories for product development.
• Work with a large group of stakeholders including product management, platform and software engineering, UX, QA, customer communications, marketing, customer service, and legal.
• Expertly manage the components of the product delivery cycle, from MVP slicing and user stories ttesting and delivery.
• Manage your own and the team's availability - given stakeholders across the globe, some meetings could take place outside of typical office hours.
• Understand customer and internal pain points and ensure new features and enhancements drive value for our customers.
• Ensure new features are implemented and measure that the desired customer value is met.

Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record of 3 - 5 years in developing products, preferably using agile development methodologies.
• Have a good understanding of the software development cycle.

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Managed Hosting Product Owner: Domain knowledge of popular open-sourced content management and related business process systems. Knowledge of WordPress will be a distinct advantage.
• Billing Product Owner: Knowledge on billing systems, the bigger on-boarding customer journey and related business process systems.
• Cloud Product Owner: Knowledge of IT infrastructure most notable Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure will be essential in order tcompetently contribute tthe development of our portfoliof Cloud products. You should have a good understanding of cloud concepts such as vps, storage, databases, networking and security.
