• We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning Partner to join our team and help us drive Salesforce capabilities across 20 countries and counting.
• You'll be the architect of our learning strategies, crafting them to fit the unique needs of each business area.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or equivalent. Post-graduate qualification is preferable.

Experience required

• A solid 8-10 years of experience in learning, including 3-4 years of leading a team.
• A forward-thinking approach to ensure we're always ahead with the right tech to develop our diverse talent pool.
• A history of leveraging learning innovations like Degreed, Trailhead Udemy, Coursera, PluralSight and other platforms to create cutting-edge, digitally-enabled learning solutions.
• A knack for partnering with business leaders, using data and insights for smart, commercial decisions.
• Global experience in navigating complex environments, influencing top-tier management, and managing vendors and technology platforms.
• A proven track record of implementing impactful learning solutions that align with our business goals and foster lasting performance.
• An understanding of learning frameworks like the 70:20:10 model and the 6 Ds to build and deliver effective learning strategies.
• You'll be the champion of learning, using Salesforce to empower our teams worldwide and instilling a culture of ongoing development and growth.

• Innovative learning experiences, preparing and facilitating Salesforce learning that's impactful, future-fit, and quick-to-market.
• Salesforce Certification programs, leveraging digital innovation to bridge capability gaps and recommending core learning experiences.
• Training excellence, serving as a Salesforce Academy Master-Trainer, ensuring best practice alignment and adherence to global standards.
• Digital learning technologies, piloting and integrating the latest advances to maximize the value of our learning ecosystem.
• Risk and governance, maintaining a robust framework for Salesforce and Learning & SBG Development Center of Excellence to mitigate risks effectively.
