RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Conduct Theoretical and Functional training which includes coffining and embalming.
• Develop learning material and assessment tools.
• Conduct training needs analysis.
• Conduct assessment and moderation.
• Networking with relevant SETA’s and other stakeholders.
• Provide career guidance, support and planning for learners.
• Compile business reports.
• Assist with budgets and annual training plans.
• Conduct research, analyze and report on experimental data

Requirements

• Relevant Human Resource Qualification
• ETDP Qualification will be an added advantage
• Accredited Facilitator, Moderator and Assessor
• Minimum 5 Years Funeral Industry experience as a Funeral Director.
• Computer Literate – MS Office
• Valid Driver's License
• Be willing to travel
