DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creative Graphic design for large scale marketing campaigns & initiatives.
• Supervise Team of Graphic Designers/ Daily workflow/ Monitor deadlines.
• Internal Artwork approvals.
• Digital Content creation.
• Design - Market research and identify trends.
• Assist with Photoshoots/Videoshoots & image editing.
• Roll-out of all campaign content (Digital & Print).
• Creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Strong understanding of Brand Building.
• Adhere to briefs given & meet departments deadlines.
• Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided.
• General Assistance to Marketing Department.
• Monitor Print quality of all printed collateral.
• Directing Brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
• Motion Graphics (Advantage).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-8 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design.
• Must have a high level of creativity and be a strategic thinker.
• Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop & In-design (Essential).
• Adobe Creative Cloud – After Effects/Premier Pro (Advantage).
• Team Leader & management skills.
• Deadline driven.
• Strong layout and design skills.
• Have a good eye for photography.
• General conceptualization and design of content.
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and ATL + BTL.
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
