Key Performance Areas

Store Ranging and Tiering

• Store profiling & assortment planning
• Retail Stores opening/Refits-Liaise with Planners regarding opening dates, fixtures, store profile & required stock levels & ensure sufficient correct assortment by brand by product is planned & monitor store performance & adjust accordingly
• Retail and Wholesale profiling and planning

Retail and Wholesale Store Liaisons

• Manage Customer Centricity
• Store communication and interaction
• Continuous liaison with the store staff regarding stock requests, movements and feedback
• Conduct regular store visits & produce reports with findings and actions
• Work closely with Wholesale Manager

Talent Management

Stock Management

• Manage set service levels across channels key focus areas
• Manage stock
• Replenishment model stock management
• Liaise with warehouse regarding holding & delivery of stock

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years Planning Manager experience in Retail
• At least 5 years experience working within Planning in a Footwear and/or Apparel environment

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12
• BCom
