Senior Admin Clerk at AFGRI Equipment

To manage and exercise effective control over the total administration function at the depot. Act as a 2IC to the Depot / Stock Control Manager.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5 years administration experience in a retail and/or manufacturing environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Overseeing the complete process of Stock Control and Administrative Management at the depot.
• Reduce stock lead days, obsolete and expired stock and stock losses
• Always maintain FIFO
• Increase service delivery and first-time order fill rates
• Ensure all operational activities are timeously recorded as a financial entry with high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to and ensure an environment compliant with operational system requirements and procedures
• Responsible for daily timekeeping, overtime, leave administration and any other HR duties at the depot
• Build and maintain solid professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including TA’s, suppliers and transporters).
